Times Up Healthcare producer Stacy Gitlin and Nitrous owner/editor Paul C. Rosen have completed a dramatic launch video for Times Up Healthcare, which is a new industry affiliate of TIME’S UP, the organization which aims to create safe, fair and dignified workplaces for women of all kinds.

According to the organization, “The clock has run out on sexual assault, harassment and inequality in the healthcare workplace. It’s time to do something about it”. The new TIME’S UP Male Allies video features male medical professionals, “Committing themselves to stand up for women and fight against those that stand in their way. Using their voice and privilege for the greater good.” says Gitlin.

She adds, “We received over 50 submissions from men that we wove into a powerful narrative.  As a producer and editor, Paul’s and my job was to make these self shot cell phone/computer videos as compelling as possible.  While the words and emotions were powerful, if you can't hear them well or the video is poor, it loses impact.  How do we NOT over produce and still hit the proper tone. “

That’s where Nitrous comes in.  Says Rosen, “working closely with a very knowledgeable producer and amazing material, we edited, color corrected and sound mixed the videos.
