Challenge: Showcase individuals who are using the sport of amateur boxing to overcome adversity.
Solution: In this promo, we focus on five individuals whose stories we felt represented the triumph of the human spirit. Narrated by their real life coach Ray, he introduces his students to the viewer and gives us a glimpse into the lives of amateur boxers.
LITTLE WILLY- 13 year old uses boxing to take out his aggression rather than on his parents.
The BEAST - Rosemary was told she would never walk after a debilitating car wreck.
THE COMEBACK - Overcoming addiction with boxing.
MISS PRISS - a mom enrolls her beauty pageant daughter in boxing.
FACING THE FEAR - a hard life finds some direction. -

Solution: Create the videos for it’s first line of product launch in its sports division. Four videos each designed to showcase the usage and technology of each product.

Product / Project: Run for the Rabbit6 Month Television Campaign
Challenge: After the unprecedented success of the first JackRabbit Sports campaign, they now wanted to create a new advertising campaign that would connect on a deeper level with the sports and running community. One that would not only expand their brand awareness but also help change lives in the process. This is how the “Run for the Rabbit” ad campaign was born.
Solution: JackRabbit Sports would train 6 runners ending with a 26.2 mile race at the Hamptons Marathon. To make a greater impact, contestants would be raising money for a charity of their choice. This New York Advertising Campaign was a hit within the running and sports communities and developed into a major success for JackRabbit Sports.
The Charities involved with the campaign were: Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America, Uniting Against Lung Cancer, Lifebeat Music Fights HIV, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Teach For America.

Challenge: BMW launched its short film series titled, “Alter Egos.” They wanted to reveal the hidden “alter egos” of personalities such as Donna Karan, Ed Norton, Kevin Bacon, Glenn O’Brien, Tory Burch and David Yurman. The films utilize storytelling to mark the launch of the redesigned BMW 6 Series.
Solution: In this episode Donna speaks about her career in fashion, balanced with her philanthropy work in Haiti.

Product / Project: Winter SunshineChallenge: Work directly with Tropicana to create a beautiful ad designed to live online. This video was created to build awareness for the “Ready To Shine?” campaign that stretched nation wide.
Solution: The time-lapse video took a total of 17 days to film and consumed over 67,000 still images. The painting was designed by the agency, Juniper Park out of Canada and was the size of a vertical football field. The ad was located near Penn Station in New York City and is the largest painted billboard in Manhattan.
This piece required a massive amount of coordination and post production work. 6 cameras, video and still, were used to capture the dozens of angles used including a lock-off shot running 24 hours a day. Through a combination of paid and organic media the video has received over 2.5 Million views on YouTube.

These two campaigns were super fun to shoot. Shot in California & Colorado, the goal was to showcase the function & design of the new headphone technology while in action.
For the 2nd campaign, I wanted the camera to become part of the athletes and allow the viewer to feel the intensity of their routine. Close up shots of fierce movements, balanced with slo-mo moments of reflection & satisfaction. Of course the beautiful locations didnʼt hurt either. Topped off with an emotional Vo which added another layer of poetry to the message.
